Alex Twin started playing in clubs like guest Dj in 1987, mainly Industrial, Goth and Dark Wave stuff. In the same year, his musical project “Individual Industry” did the first demo tape.

Two years later he got his first job as a Dj in Sao Paulo, the night club was called “Treibhaus”, where he stayed for a year.

In 1991 he opened his first Cd shop “Muzik”. Between 1991-1995 his store was the most important Alternative Cd Shop in Brazil. At the same time Individual Industry had very good reviews in Europe.

In 1997 he opened another Alternative Cd Shop “Lullaby”(1997-2000). With “Lullaby” he produced two important tours to the alternative scene in Brasil: “Clan of Xymox”(1999 - Only one concert in Sao Paulo) & “ The Mission UK”(2000 - concerts in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia & Curitiba).

His new music project “The 3 Cold Men” was founded in 1999 featuring Franck Lopez from french band “Opera Multi Steel” and Maurizio Bonito from “Volv Uncion”.

From 1991 to 2001 Alex Twin played in lots of places like guest, and in 2001 he came back as resident Dj in a night club after 10 years. His choice was Gotham Alternative Pub in Sao Paulo, there, he worked for one year with Fernando Ferro.

Lots of special events were done, including Brazilian release parties of some bands, alternative markets and guest djs (including Wayne Hussey - The Mission UK).


His command on Gotham was very important to structure the scene around Sao Paulo, giving opportunity to performers, new trends coming from Europe and opening way to Djs and new events that followed later.

In 2003 he did his first international parties as guest Dj in Europe. After 16 years Djing Alex Twin definitely wants to put Brazilian alternative scene in the European circuit. In 2004, Alex is the first brazilian playing as Dj on Wave Gothic Treffen Festival in Leipzig/ Germany (Festival with more than 20.000 in audience ). Follow up, Alex played in more 6 parties around Europe, including Zillo Party, Dark Flower, Eisenlager, Return of The Living Dead and one party in Amsterdam / Holland and one in Gent / Belgium (Electrogeneration).
Em 2006, Alex Twin come back to Europe to do teh first European tour with his band "3 Cold Men". He plays for the second time on Wave Gotik Treffen and Darkflower in Leipzig, going to Spain at Nocturna Party in Barcelona and Korsakoff in Amsterdam.
